February 2008 -- Indigo President and CEO, Angela Gilbert, has named Mr. Jerome L. Peters as Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Peters was formerly Vice President of Army IT Operations for General Dynamics Information Technology. Prior to working for GDIT, Mr. Peters was Senior Executive Vice President of Operations for FC Business Systems.
